Amana Group a multi-disciplinary business house, has proven itself to be a dynamic and progressive business conglomerate, positioning itself as one of the promising business houses of the country. Since its inception in the year 2011, we are progressing at a steady state towards our ultimate goals and objectives. We are working to achieve being the best brand committed to excellence in all our endeavors – our long-term management vision. This calls for us to create a robust platform capable of delivering consistent growth under any condition. By the Grace of Almighty, we have so far been able to achieve a strong business platform. But there is no complacency, we are strong proponents of learning from our mistakes proceed through continual improvement in our attainment of operational excellence. The path was not easy. Doing business in ethical and moral terms beget with many challenges, and it is the concerted efforts of any company’s resources that make the foundation of toppling all these wanted obstacles. We are keeping on expanding our businesses in line with our strategic objectives, goals. Each of our new ventures is aligned with our strategic objectives. Alongside assets and capital, the development of human resources is crucial to achieving the vision that we have set for the company. In fact, we believe that our effective human resource is the next big ingredient to drive us to tomorrow. Our vision and mission and subsequent objectives are largely connected to what the country wants to achieve through its Vision-41 declarations. Accordingly, we are well aware of the challenges and opportunities of our country. The management of AMANA is working hard to give the best working environment and a healthy culture that encourages bonding and interaction among the employees, increasing their comfort level. AMANA has built a strong repute of thinking out of the box as we continue to present the nation with innovative solutions to cater to the socio-economic needs of the country. A large pie of our activities could be defined by our unrelenting efforts of doing business in the food and agricultural sectors, agro-based sector, real estate, supply and distribution network, entertainment and recreation sector, wholesale/retail of FMCGs, etc. We are focusing on improving the living standard in Bangladesh, particularly in large cities, through investment in retail and real estate. AMANA BIG BAZAR LTD., the popularly known super shop of the country, is rightly set to create new precedence of the ultimate retail experience. We are also working hard to provide innovative solutions for urban people by developing and constructing residential and commercial spaces and developing entertainment and recreational facilities for them. AMANA has recently completed its preliminary works in order to take it to the next level of business expansion/consolidation activities. It is now working to expand its retail/wholesale businesses through the installation of more chain super shop outlets at strategic locations of the country. It also wants to go for the food and beverage industry in order to fulfill certain strategic objectives.
